Review: On August *, 2013 I contacted LOCKSMITH SERVICES /[redacted] to install a High security cylinder on an [redacted] entrance door at [redacted]. After installing the lock [redacted] had to return because the key would not turn in the cylinder, the lock worked for a few weeks and I called [redacted] back at [redacted] the first week in November but he never showed up. I,ve a 6 months warranty and paid $591.19 for the service.Desired Settlement: I would like to have installed another lock that works, or refund my money back to me.
