This place is perfect for training and working outYou get cardio from kickboxing and each individual teacher shows you their tips to breathe better and improve your moves you're struggling inBrazilian jujitsu helps you fight when your opponent is bigger and how to fight them in a grappling match and feel confident as you improve your skills in trainingMuai Thai classes allow you to train your hand to hand combat and get practice sparring with othersClasses are both around morning, Noon, and evening for people who have weird schedulesAnd the instructors never give up on youOsu!- [redacted]

I signed up for their web special in a moment of impulse because I wanted to do something that the whole family could take part in and I have to say, sometimes it’s good to give in to an impulse The [redacted] ***l location is a clean, well maintained facility with small but serviceable locker rooms It’s conveniently located in downtown Brooklyn and my kids love the martial arts class, even my son who is a self-described “indoors kid” They really get the students motivated and focused, even the disruptive ones which is no small feat Kickboxing, which I and my husband signed up for, is totally kick [redacted] and really helps you work up a great sweat It’s held on a separate floor and the high energy of the class really pushes me to give my best effort I always feel like I’ve achieved something at the end of a session And the staff is very friendly and encouraging which is great for novices like us If you're interested in martial arts training or just want to have fun while getting fit, I highly recommend Brooklyn Martial Arts

This is really a great place. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the workout is rigorous! Seriously I have gone from gym to gym trying workout to workout and this is the best place I have ever found by far.
