This is a response to a complaint filed by Ms*** *** earlier this monthMs*** did purchase a Mercury Sable with 173,miles on the odometer from Brooklyn Motors on February 24, Ms*** went on a test drive (Including highwav driving) and was given a price break
because she is a repeat clientWhen Ms*** called with the complaint that the car needed repair I did give her a name a service garage that I have worked with in the pastI was hoping this garage would give her a more workable priceWe also reminded her that she bought and agreed to an As-Is- No Warranty vehicle and signed on the purchase order that she will be responsible to fix any and all repairs (see attached)At the time of purchase, just as she did with her previous purchase, Ms*** understood and accepted the terms of purchasing an No Warranty Vehicle.ilI have attached several documents that were signed by Ms*** *** at the time of purchaseIf you need anything else or need to speak with me about the situation please don'thesitate to call me at ***.Thank you for your time in this matter. purchased a 2001 Dodge intrepid on Nov. 2, 2015, as an As-Is with No Warranty  vehicle. After 2 months Mr. [redacted] did inform us of issues with the car. Since my car lot is not a  service station we directed him to a place that assist him. After speaking station that look at the intrepid we found out that the coolant light was on  and Mr. [redacted] didn’t take care of it until the car didn't ran at all. Mr. [redacted] was not doing the basic maintenance to maintain the vehicle. Because of this reason it is out of our hands to assist in any form of refund or price deduction. Included in this package you will find several agreements that Mr. [redacted] signed acknowledging  this is an As-is with No Warranty vehicle. He also signed right next to the area on the Used Vehicle Order that states “Customer will fix repairs".I am sorry that this purchase has gone in this direction, but basic maintenance on any vehicle is  needed. Brooklyn Motors isn't responsible for any issue that was a result of negligence. Thank . you for letting me express Brooklyn Motors side to this complaint.
