Review: I bought a bathing suit on 5/**/15. When I got home, I saw the bathing suit that was marked as a large on the tag was a mixed large and small set. I went to the store to exchange the size small piece and was told that they do not do exchanges on bathing suits. and they refused to take back their small item. Upon research I discovered, there is no statewide law as such. Likewise, there is no federal law standing for the same, although that is the source of a common urban myth. However, if this took place in New York City, local law does prohibit the reselling -- but not explicitly the returning -- of such items. I felt taken advantage of by this store. I carefully reviewed their policies and was still denied an exchangeDesired Settlement: I would just like the correct size without an additional change, which was offered to me by the manager.
