Attn [redacted] I just reviewed the complaint by [redacted] ***I would like to start off by saying, that this deposit was not left by [redacted] the deposit was left by [redacted] I had a meeting with my staff in this regard to this matter In speaking with the manager and the salesperson neither one told [redacted] that the refund would be processed in WeekWe have signs posted in a very small showroom stating a Day Refund PolicyWe also have it clearly printed on our Purchase Order Receipts that [redacted] signedI will attach a copy for you to viewI will have my office refund the credit card by the end of the day Thank youPeter B [redacted]

The customer, [redacted] came into the showroom on May **, to cancel her warrantyWe filled out the cancellation form with [redacted] she tried to back date it to June **, The warranty company will not cancel a warranty over a year later and give a 100% refundThey prorated her warranty, I have attached a copy of the prorated document sent from the warranty company to this file [redacted] has received the correct amount

Attn Mediator [redacted] was told on delivery that he needed to get a Connecticut Inspection which is required by the State of Connecticut Department of Motor VehicleBrooklyn's Finest Motors is a New York City Dealer and unable to perform this inspectionWe understand the customers excitement when picking up a new car, they tend to forget certain thingSo we make sure that the sales person reminds them a few days later, and we had done that [redacted] left with his car on December **, with a Thirty Day Temporary License Plate, he did not get that inspection done until January **, 2017, which was days past his expiration dateThe Department of Motor Vehicle states that it is against there rules and regulations to issue an additional Temporary PlateWe can only ask a customer to get there car inspected, we can't demand itIf you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####Thank youPeter B [redacted]

We have told the customer several times that we cannot process the credit card refund without the credit card being presentThey must bring the same credit card that they left the deposit withThe process will take seconds to complete and they can leave with the credit card refund slip as proof of completionThey can speak with managers Saud or Steven to process the refundThis transaction must be handled Monday through Friday between am and 4:pm Thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] I received a phone call from MrB [redacted] a representative from Brooklyn Finest Motor few days agoI explain to him very clear how everything happened when I pass by at his car dealerYes I did sing the paper as I mentioned on my complain at first, because the sales person told me that in order for me to get any information and show me any of the cars around the parking lot I most have to show my Drivers licenseBesides that I did not fill in the paper; those letters are hand written by the person who spoke with me at that timeThe sales representative asked me to sing and, I did just because I wanted to see the cars and pricesI told them that I wanted something from 2,to 3,000, to pay cashNow I think , that at the time when the sales person took me out side to show me the cars some one else make a photocopy of my driver license and apply for a loan on my behalf.I request a comparison of my had writing with the one that was written on the paperAgain the sales person clarify me that it was just a simple form for him to be able to show any car I CAN APPLY ON MY OWN FOR ANY THINGNOT NEED A HELPER.Of course Brooklyn Finest Motors can show that paper sing by me, but they acted in a very worn wayI still insist that the sales person act illicitly requesting a loan on my behalfThank you for your time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I'm going to help you to understand what you can do for meFirst of I'm going to explain you what you done wrong snd then what how you can fix it.1) we negotiated car cash price amount of $and I paid $to make it $11000, but in contract you put $
2) I denied to purchase maintenance warrantyBut you putted maintenance warranty amount of $as included car cash price
3) you lied and make me believe that I can't buy car without it and it is absolutely necessary and mandatory to buy extended warranty amount of $But as later I found extended warranty papers was saying different story and I cancelled it
So thing is that I should pay much less if you would be honest, but now I'm over paying so much.I want you to recalculate contract and make it as I agreed and I agreed like: $cash price minus $deposit which makes car cash price $11000. Take of from calculation $extended warrantyAnd take of from calculation $for maintenance fee and only after this make calculation of interest I should pay. Now im paing interest on amount which should be $less if you would not do some abracadabra, bit follow the agreement made with me.

Back on October **, *** *** came back to the showroom to complain about the price of the vehicle he purchased*** was looking to renegotiate the price of the vehicle months after he purchased it *** had signed several documents which clearly state the price
of the vehicle that he was purchasing We agreed that we would cut *** a check back in the amount of $to satisfy himSometime back in March *** came back into the showroom to cancel his extended warranty, we had contacted the warranty company on behalf of *** to cancel the warrantyWe received the proceeds which where sent to Chrysler Capital the bank that is financing *** car on April **, The amount was $2043.25, this amount will be deducted off of the principal amountI feel that *** is looking to renegotiate this vehicle againI don't think that there is anything else that we can do for ***. We reached out to *** *** to discuss the issues he was havingApparently the customer had an issue with the axle on the vehicle and the price of the vehicleWe told *** *** to send us the bill for the repair of the axle and we will reimburse him for itThe issue with the price was
also rectified, there was no aver charge

Dear *** ***,In response to complaint filed by *** ***, *** *** did in fact sign a consumer credit application which is an authorization to run creditThe entire credit application was filled out by *** ***I do have a copy of that application with *** *** signature and
a copy of his drivers license if needed.I do not believe that Brooklyn's Finest Motors has done anything wrong*** *** is a school teacher must have known that he was filling out a credit application because it says credit application on top of itIf you have any further questions or need copies of any of those documents please do not hesitate to call me.Thank youPeter B***
