Review: I had a contract with this company to do a project on my bathroom. One of the [redacted] of Brooklyn Britt Management LLC, [redacted], received $100 in December 2014, $700 in January 2015 and $1000 in the latter part of January 2015. As we were waiting for the additional monies from my home owner's insurance company, several incident began to happen. One incident that happens is that [redacted] calls my mortgage company inquiring about the money they were to mail without my knowledge. The only way I knew he had called was because the mortgage company representative called me for my permission for them to talk to him. The only service that was done on this project was the consultation (which I was told at first was $75, but later said it was $175). I have talked to him on the phone, sent emails, mailed letters and sent a certified letter asking for a refund of my money because of the bad business practices and service. He would not accept my certified letter nor has he refunded my money back to me. I am requesting immediate refund of my money for services never rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like my $1800.00 back in a cashier's or bank check immediately.
