Brooklyn's Best AC

Great service at a great price. They were very knowledgeable and foresaw a problem that I didn't even know I could have. I also really liked speaking with the guy in the office (I think his name is Shawn). He was very personable and easy to speak with. I will be calling these guys for all my HVAC needs in the future!

The technicians installed ductless mini-split AC units for our new office in park slope four indoor units with one outdoor unit, it took them two days to install the entire system and we love them! They are professional and reliable. Would highly recommend!

Review: We have hired Brooklyn's Best AC for performing a ductless AC installation. They did install the units but they only worked for 1 day before they started licking all over the place. The units were brand new and therefore the installation was not done properly, they came back once to verify the installation. From that point on, the units never worked again. I have called the Brooklyn's Best AC numerous times in order to get them to come back and fix the issue, they never came back and I have now paid for an installation of $3,500 for something that's not properly installed and does not work.Desired Settlement: I either need a refund for the installation or I need them to come back and finish the job.
