Dearly manager.Why yoyou  dont accept your sales representatives error and write a letter  to the busines that I request. You still insist in the  same thing.  All you  people was in my back. Now you mention that I was able to make  a down payment  for some amount of money.  I am telling  you.  YOU AND YOUR STUFF A RE A LIE

Back on October **, 2015 [redacted] came back to the showroom to complain about the price of the vehicle he purchased. [redacted] was looking to renegotiate the price of the vehicle 3 months after he purchased it.  [redacted] had signed several documents which clearly state the price...

of the vehicle that he was purchasing . We agreed that we would cut [redacted] a check back in the amount of $950.00 to satisfy him. Sometime back in March 2016 [redacted] came back into the showroom to cancel his extended warranty, we had contacted the warranty company on behalf of [redacted] to cancel the warranty. We received the proceeds which where sent to Chrysler Capital the bank that is financing [redacted] car on April **, 2016. The amount was $2043.25, this amount will be deducted off of the principal amount. I feel that [redacted] is looking to renegotiate this vehicle again. I don't think that there is anything else that we can do for [redacted]. Thanks youPeter B[redacted]

Attn Mediator [redacted] was told on delivery that he needed to get a Connecticut Inspection which is required by the State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicle. Brooklyn's Finest Motors is a New York City Dealer and unable to perform this inspection. We understand the customers excitement...

when picking up a new car, they tend to forget certain thing. So we make sure that the sales person reminds them a few days later, and we had done that. [redacted] left with his car on December **, 2016 with a Thirty Day Temporary License Plate, he did not get that inspection done until January **, 2017, which was 6 days past his expiration date. The Department of Motor Vehicle states that it is against there rules and regulations to issue an additional Temporary Plate. We can only ask a customer to get there car inspected, we can't demand it. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####. Thank youPeter B[redacted]

Attn [redacted], Its hard to say we didn't have authorization to run your credit. [redacted] you not only signed a credit application and gave us a copy of your license. You gave us your rental expenses, previous address, Social Security number, job info, salary and Time on job. You stated that this was to get information about a car. This clearly was an attempt to purchase a car ( 2010 Toyota Prius ) and you were looking to put $3,000.00 as a down payment. The form clearly reads "CREDIT APPLICATION" you work in a field were comprehension is crucial, if you didn't understand you should have stopped the process and asked for a manager.I am completely confident that my staff conducted themselves in a professional manner and I feel that this is an attempted for you to tarnish this companies good name. I apologize to Revdex.com because I don't see any wrong doing, I really don't know what [redacted] has to gain by saying he did not Authorize us to check his credit. I received a phone call from Mr. B[redacted] a representative from Brooklyn Finest Motor few days ago. I explain to him very clear how everything happened when I pass by at his car dealer. Yes I did sing the paper as I mentioned on my complain at first, because the sales person told me that in order for me to get any information and show me any of the cars around the parking lot I most have to show my Drivers license. Besides that I did not fill in the paper; those letters are hand written by the person who spoke with me at that time. The sales representative asked me to sing and, I did just because I wanted to see the cars and prices. I told them that I wanted something from 2,000 to 3,000, to pay cash. Now I think , that at the time when the sales person  took me out side to show me the cars some one else make a photocopy of my driver license and apply for a loan on my behalf.I request a comparison of my had writing with the one that was written on the paper. Again the sales person clarify me that it was  just a simple form for him to be able to show any car.  I CAN APPLY ON MY OWN FOR ANY THING. NOT NEED A HELPER.Of course Brooklyn Finest Motors can show that paper sing by me, but they acted in a very worn way. I still insist that the sales person act illicitly requesting a loan on my behalf. Thank you for your time.

salesperson  neither one told [redacted] that the refund would be processed in 1 Week. We have 5 signs posted in a very small showroom stating a 30 Day Refund Policy. We also have it clearly printed on our Purchase Order Receipts that [redacted] signed. I will attach a copy for you to view. We reached out to [redacted] to discuss the issues he was having. Apparently the customer had an issue with the axle on the vehicle and the price of the vehicle. We told [redacted] to send us the bill for the repair of the axle and we will reimburse him for it. The issue with the price was...

The customer, [redacted] came into the showroom on May **, 2017 to cancel her warranty. We filled out the cancellation form with [redacted] she tried to back date it to June **, 2016. The warranty company will not cancel a warranty over a year later and give a 100% refund. They...

prorated her warranty, I have attached a copy of the prorated document sent from the warranty company to this file. [redacted] has received the correct amount.

could check it out, he never showed. We have been trying to contact him since then and he has not called back. The vehicle that [redacted] purchased had gone through a rigorous inspection prior to the dealership purchasing it. There is no way that this car needs $17,000 worth of service. Please have the customer contact the manager Peter B[redacted] @###-###-#### to schedule an appointment at his convenience, we will supply a loaner vehicle for him. We have told the customer several times that we cannot process the credit card refund without the credit card being present. They must bring the same credit card that they left the deposit with. The process will take seconds to complete and they can leave with the credit card refund...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me, however the matter has been resolved. This statement was never made to me because the company took my information over the phone twice. First when I made the original transaction and then they took the card number again for the return over the phone. However I have received my refund as of today in my bank account and I did not go to the dealership to give them my card. Thank you so much Revdex.com for helping me, I truly appreciate it.
