[redacted] he stated that the items were in poor shape, most of the items were household/misc. This individual was paid for the items sold, we have copies of the check. We paid out $330.00 and another check for $52.50, which the owner cashed. We can not control what items bring at an auction, the owner was not at the auction to understand his items were not bringing any money. When we can not get a bid on an item, we group other like items together until we can a bid. The music boxes were in poor condition and were very dirty, they were grouped together to be sold. The cabinet was sold, the new owner of the cabinet stated it was in poor condition. Several of the items that were brought in by the owner were in box lots.
