After reviewing the file that was prepared by a previous employee of Brookmount Apartments, I found an error in the amount of
money that is due Brookmount ApartmentsI have removed the damage charge for the repainting of the wallsBrookmount Apartments are advised by an outside company of the condition of the carpetAccording to that company, the carpet was not in useable condition due to pet stains and pet odor for the next tenantThe cost of a new carpet was passed on to Mr*** at the prorated life of the year old carpet that was in his apartment during the time and at the end of his leaseBrookmount Apartments has sent to Mr***, to the address provided by him through this correspondence, a letter and a corrected invoiceEven after the corrected invoice, Brookmount Apartments cannot return any portion of his deposit or pet deposits because of damages to the apartmentThere is money due to Brookmount all within and according to the lease

No where in my contract does it state anything about a cleaning fee once I exit my apartment after fulfilling my lease agreement for the monthsAs well there is nothing that states that I am to maintain any of the lights or drip pans in the stoveNot to mention that the lights all worked in the bathroom upon my exiting that apartmentThe office personnel will not give out any information on the owner and states that she it the liaison between the owner and the tenantsI for one like to handle any and all disputes over my money with the person who is responsible for taking said money and claiming rights to it with no evidence that it was warranted to be take from meThe simple fact that the legally binding contract does not clearly state that I am responsible for these items and the fact that they used their own judgement to justify withholding the deposit from me at prices that are astronomically high is down right I complained about the carpet needing repair upon move in and

applicant. The decision was Brookmount asked her to get a co-signer based on some credit issues and being new on the job (new being from March 2015 to thw time of application). Brookmount Apartments used the same criteria with her as with anyone applying.
