I recently saw an advertisement in the Crossroads local newspaper advertising rent to own air conditioning services for customers meeting certain criteriaAfter calling and scheduling an appointment on I was told that we would get a call back to schedule our new unit the next dayWell now it is and I have not received a call back from the CEO unless I make the first call to check on the statusWhen I speak with him I constantly being told that someone will call me back and that our unit will be installed at the end of the week although it has been about a month now The customer service is poor and the company does not live up to its advertisement although they have chosen now to create radio adsThe communication is poor and I believe that within the time that has passed I could have paid for a unit on my ownThe company is very misleading to individuals who meet their basic criteria for installationAlso the company recorded my debit card number as well
