In regards to the complaint from [redacted] we did not get to resolve the problem because of several factorsAll used cars are sold as is where isOur goal is not to sell bad cars to anyone everThey are a very low price and there's no way we can know everything that is right or wrong with a car but we do disclose whatever we knowEven though we don't have to make it right we would normally take the car back in on a tradeHowever in this case our reputation was already ruined by comments made on [redacted] We would probably have tried harder to do a resolution had the buyer been more politeOur goal is to sell low car prices for those who cannot afford a new vehicleWe have been in business since and have had very few dissatisfied customers only a fewThank you Clarence F*

We didn’t destroy reputation of company until one of his employees come on post and lied and said she told us everything that was wrong with the carBut then said she had nothing to do with the sale They never told us the car was unsafe or that it would catch fire The only thing they said once the car caught fire was that they told us not to drive it that it wasn’t safe which they never did they was in a hurry for the car to leave the lot And never did they try and resolve the issue we were told good luck

However in this case our reputation was already ruined by comments made on [redacted]. We would probably have tried harder to do a resolution had the buyer been more polite. Our goal is to sell low car prices for those who cannot afford a new vehicle. We have been in business since 1998 and have had very few dissatisfied customers only a few.
