Review: In Jan. 2007 Brooks Family Contractors put a new roof on our office bldg because of damage done to the ceiling of a room from a storm in Sep. 2006. Throughout that time we've continued to have problem w/ that ceiling and BFC has been called out to check the roof and make necessary repairs. However, in order to get them out here, I've had to threaten to contact Revdex.com or else they would not respond to my calls.
On December 10, 2013 the ceiling of a room in our office cracked due to snow that day. Again, I called BFC repeatedly to check the roof to determine if there is another problem, still w/o any response. Now due to the recent snow, the ceiling is even more damaged.Desired Settlement: For BFC to check the roof for any needed repairs. If there are any , to fix them and the ceiling free of charge.
