We were told by *** that some services would be covered under Funeral Director/Home Services because the total amount could not exceed $due to county regulations for the burial assistance programThis included the escort from church to cemetery - this isn't listed either but it was paid for and providedThe Brooks are operating in an illegal and unprofessional manner and if this matter isn't resolved justly my next step will be to report to the Federal Trade Commission

The service from *** funeral home that I received was everything but business like and I believe that I was scammed for the purpose of the insurance moneyAccording to Mrs*** the co-owner of the funeral home, the casket was going to be donated by the funeral home so in her we didn't have to purchase oneThe insurance company approved that the funeral would be paid for then they decided not to cover the cost of the funeralThat's when we as a family decided cremation would be the less expensive choiceWe were able to continue with the funeral service after paying Mrs*** the full amount needed in order to continue with the funeral service and the cremationMrs*** at that point stated that she would donate the Urn and that it would take weeks to come inDuring the wait the family requested a complete printout of all charges and feesI was told that the printout would be given to us at the funeralOn the next day at the funeral Mrs*** advised the family to come into the office and she will print out a copy of the charges
When the family came to the funeral home Mrs*** refused to provide any documentation of any of the charges that was paidAt that time the ashes and the urn of the decease was requested from Mrs*** and she stated that we have to wait more weeks for the urn to come she said that she still has not ordered it and she began to being very argumentative and very rude yelling you can get out of my office and still not providing any printouts of the cost or receipts of what was paidI advised Mrs*** that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and the Attorney GeneralWe would like to get a print out of the total cost of the funeral, the urn that was paid for and a explanation of what was paid for
