Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I, *** ***, am sending this e-mail related to complaint *** because I could not put my response on your computer set up formsI rejected their response because it states nothing to resolve my problemThey give several ways to pay but it has to be in bye their due dates or you pay there processing feespenalties and interest with in 2DAYSOF THE DUE DATE, NO REAL GRACE PERIOD. IF you use your credit card they charge $6.00, what a rip off. This is my problem, I receive my Social Security Funds on the second Wednesday of the month, the Federal Government set this up, Some times its is after their due date and you fall into their trap, with processing fees, penalties and interestNo grace period after two days. To me this is a money making scheme and they want to keep that wayThis is very unfair to people on fixed income and do not receive their funds by their due date. They do not want to work with people on fixed incomesThey stated this is there billing procedure in *** ***, no kidding , I been paying for years, does that make it rightNo, there taking advantage of people on fixed income who can not pay their bill by there due dateI BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE INVESTAGED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION. As I stated, I am not satisfied with their response

due with a due date and a gross amount due with a due date. Initial delinquent bills are mailed with minimal fees added. All delinquent fees are authorized by MSANK and the City of [redacted]. Delinquent bills are mailed monthly and breakdown all charges by cycle, period ending date, amount due per cycle, penalty/interest, fees, amount paid, and total due. Per the MSANK and, the City of [redacted] sewage ordinance, delinquent fees will continue to accrue on a monthly basis on any outstanding delinquent balance. Termination of water service may occur if the delinquent balance remains unpaid. Delinquent garbage cycles will result in litigation.  If the bills are being mailed to the tenant, a copy of the delinquent bill is also mailed to the owner of the property at the address they provide us. All bills have been mailed directly to ** [redacted] since May of 2014.Sincerely,PAMS

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, please note that our tax liability in 2010 is 1.5% with a total of $623.58. We had to fax the tax return in 2011 and tell them when they cashed the check. Now they sent a delinquent notice on March 25th, 2016 (see attachment). Their new tax liability is 1.0%, not 1.5%. They clearly sent us a delinquent notice with a good amount of fees. I attempted to call PAMS back, but they only provided the main number. After listening to waiting music, I had to go back to work. If they have now closed our account and cease and desist, this will be resolved. However, their response was not honest, we did receive a delinquent notice in March 2016. I am not convinced from the past record that these notices will ever stop.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  They have failed to address the matter of notification from their bank that they were surcharged $30 as I was advised.  They took $30 out of the overage I had in my PAMS account without my authorization not my bank account.  I don't believe [redacted] had in mind that PAMS was going to charge a $30 penalty for anything other than truly non sufficient funds not simple mistakes that PAMS chooses to label non sufficient funds.  The facts are that all of the complaints filed with the Revdex.com against PAMS all involve excessive fees and penalties.  [redacted] Service has 100 times the customer base as PAMS with only slightly more complaints.  I wanted this posted on the Revdex.com website.

The entire community has the same due date. The delinquent fees also follow the Borough Ordinance. This was explained to the customer.Sincerely,PAMS
