MR *** I SEE YOUR VEHICLE WAS IN HERE OVER MONTHS AGO WHEN WE DID THE REPAIR. I WAS LOOKING AT YOUR PAPERWORK AND IT IS VERY CLEAR YOUR VEHICLE WAS NOT OVERHEATING AT THE TIME. WHEN DID IT START TO OVERHEAT? WE WANT TO HELP AND WILL CERTAINLY STAND BEHIND
