Review: Brooks is trying to push a older [redacted]l guitar on me..Keeping My 2002 [redacted]l and I have the reciept wich clearly shows the model numbers do Not Match.I seen the guitar in the store that they are saying is mine.Just before taking it in I polished ,tuned it and was looking SHARP!I never told them I have a [redacted]l like the one sitting behined them till today.So I left the junk they said was mine there telling them You know this is not my guitar.left after they said they were calling police to file this report.my roomates know its not my guitar and also see them as TOTAL THIEVS.MAINLY I want my [redacted]l back,and a apoligy,wich I know Theivs Do Not say Im sorry.Im know they think Im a Pushover.In the meantime my Guitar could be Sold.Heading to Police Deptartment to see why they are aloud to still be in buisness.Any one that trusted your things there.and Now see a change,to tools ,jewlrey,should also make a complaint,even if you have no proof.because they LIE CHEAT AND STEAL...Desired Settlement: BOTTOM LINE I WANT MY GUITAR...THEY KNOW WHAT THIER DOING.AND ITS PURE EVIL

Our ability to provide all information in regards to the issue are restricted as California law does not allow us to publicly disclose pawn/loan or sale information for the protection of our customers. The information we can provide is this, we do accept musical instruments and other items. The customer in question has contacted us in person twice in this instance and has been informed on both occasions that we DO NOT and HAVE NOT ever changed, swapped, played or in any fashion altered any item that a customer has brought to us. The paperwork providing the serial number and item with the customers signature on it are at the Modesto police department ([redacted]) for both instances that the customer has had the item in with us (first time was on 6-29-2015 second was on 8-19-2015).
