Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My husband and I have never insisted on putting a wrong type of spoutHe just said that it was cheaply made and we told him that’s what we could find it at [redacted] ***I asked him if I need to go somewhere else to get a different one and he said it’s fine to useLater I found out from the Plummer I called told us that it was not installed correctlyWhen the Plummer was installing a new one from a plumbing store, it took him a few hours to install correctlyMy son mentioned that this contractor took only minute to install the spoutNo wonder it caused a problemHe had never apologized for that mistake and did a terrible job on paintingI could have done a better job then thatIt was obvious he didn’t careBecause of his mistake, my home owners insurance went up so much more and we can’t even change to other Insurance company as they would let usHe also has no integrity as he made fun of our neighbor she needed extra large shower installed by him bacuse she’s too fatBefore all the desaster, I introduced him to my neighbor and they gave him so much work and he had never even thanked me and he made that kind of commitment to my husband and my husband didn’t know what to say to thatHe told me Asian Indians are cheap and that he doesn’t like to work for them but he has no choiceI am an East Asian and I can only imagine what kind of racist comments he made about meI don’t believe for a second he did his best and he needs to pay for his terrible job and apologize Regards, [redacted] ***
this customer has been using my honesty and kindness from beginning, when I start the job for replacing shower corner in the master bathroomI did many extra work what she didn't pay me forThe incident what she mentioned was partially her fault because I offered to get replacement of the
spout for tub but she had to pay for materialShe said she'll get the part and I install itShe ( her husband) bought short spout and I told her so, but she insisted to install itI changed the down spout on the May It was the type of spout you just unscrew the old one and screw back in the new one, no any alternation to the pipes and wallEverything worked perfectly for few weeks until her son broke it again.On May she called me that they have a leakI came next morning at am.I don't feel responsible for what happened.I offered her to open the ceiling and fix the problem, but she went behind my back and called another contractorI did fix the problem, I closed her ceiling in the kitchen, speckle, taped it and repaint it, but she insisted to repaint her living room and dinning room as well.I bought gallons of ceiling paint and repaint her whole downstairsI did it on my own expensesIt took longer than I expected, because when I was available she wasn'tI have other customers who appreciate my workI just can't drop everything and go to her houseIt happened that I came and I couldn't paint because she had food on counter top in the kitchen and she didn't move her plantsI didn't want to be responsible if I scratch her floor, because she would blame me for it and I would have to fix it floor tooOf course for freeI did my job the best I could

My son mentioned that this contractor took only 10 minute to install the spout. No wonder it caused a problem. He had never apologized for that mistake and did a terrible job on painting. I could have done a better job then that. It was obvious he didn’t care. Because of his mistake, my home owners insurance went up so much more and we can’t even change to other Insurance company as they would let us.
