We contracted to have our website updated and functional w/in 14-daysWe paid $750, balance of $due upon completionWork was never completed We met with Mr [redacted] and developed a detailed scope of work for getting our website updated and functioning We signed the contract with him on 4/1/16; the website was to be finished in 14-days He was paid a downpayment of $on 4/4/and was paid an installment on 4/12/when a portion of the work was completed He did begin the work and showed us an in-process site that had some of the work completed (this is why we paid the first installment) After the first installment was paid, with us having paid a total of $of the $contract, we have not been able to contact Mr [redacted] again We have made repeated attempts Each email and phone call have gone unanswered and we had to hire another firm to perform the work This dereliction of duties cost our company a considerable amount; businesses run on their website t
