I have been using Brooksaire for over a year The service is thorough and meticulous The owner is polite, works efficiently, and carefully Last year I had called a large, well-known company in Tucson When they came out they said I had a leak in the system and then began to itemize the potential cost of locating the leak and then repairing it The quote was enormous I called Brookshire and they came out found the leak that day and repaired it at a much lower cost then was quoted by the previous company

Refund for the $fee since Mr*** never told me to check to see if that's why my AC stopped working
I sent Mr*** a text on Sunday 7/16/telling him my AC stopped blowing cold air He never messaged me or called me back so I called again on Monday and he didn't answer, but his wife called me back from a different phone number who told me that it shouldn't be a problem to get a temporary AC unit until Mr*** could get to me, but that never happenedAlso, no one ever mentioned to check the kill switchMr*** sent out an employee and within minutes of the tech getting to my house Mr*** called and asked him if he checked the kill switchReally so you couldn't just tell me to check it on Sunday or Monday if you are unable to respond to your phone on a Sunday? I suffered for days in this horrible heat thinking that a guy I had trusted in the past was looking out for my best interestI obviously will stop referring to you and pray that you don't take adv

I can't speak highly enough about this company The third company I called, finally found someone honest, extremely helpful, respectful, very reasonable prices My AC unit went out, they fixed for a third the cost of the previous company, fixed another unit for free - why can't everyone be like this instead of trying to rip off customers This company is great

I have been using Brooksaire now for over 3years..... it is a pleasure doing business with [redacted].....GREAT SERVICE !!!! GREAT PRICING!!!!! EXTREMELY DEPENDABLE!!!! Would not use anyone else ever again.....
