Our service manager, Brian ***, was in receipt of your first notice of dispute He has made repeated attempts to contact customer and has failedCustomer was given an estimated inspection fee of $
to determine failure if anyMr*** was attempting to contact Ms*** to offer her to come in and have the service department inspect radio for No Charge to determine failureAnd also to determine if it had anything to do with any prior service performed by his department, then be able to determine a course of action
The only service done by Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep was the safety recall S61,which involves replacing the ORC Module which is not related to the radioWe have attached a copy of that bulletin for your review
At this point unless Ms*** responds to communications from our service manager, there is nothing more we can do
We request that you close this file as the service performed had nothing to do with the radio

They are lying all they told me was there was a charge of nothing else was told to me no offer to check my car for free no calls were made to me they were rude and very unprofessional

I have since repaired the issue with my radio I do not wish for them to work on my car and I do not want to do business eith them as they are very unprofessional

We are again requesting that Ms*** contact our service manager, Brian ***, to schedule a time to come in for a diagnosis of the issue with her radioAs stated in prior response there will be no charge to determine failureThe recall that was performed was not related to the radioIf Ms*** will contact the service department for an appointment they will then be able to determine a course of actionUntil Ms*** does this we can not do anymore to help resolve her issue

I am rejecting this response because: As of today, not all issues have been resolved. I would ask you keep this claim open until all issues are resolved. At this time, the floor mats have been resolved and the key is being worked on today. However, I still have not been able to get a definitive answer as to the referral fees, if and when they will be issued. Considering this is a monetary issue, I would expect No sense of urgency on the end of Thomas Dodge. Once all issues have been resolved, I will advise. Since my original complaint included three issues and there were not three separate claims filed, we will wait for all issues to be resolved. Thank You
