send us your email and we will be more than happy to send you the pics of apt and I will have all witnesses via my email send you what they saw and had to repair and remove from your apt

She Moved out August 9th and we have pictures of how she left her aptThe charges will remain as stated on her MOVE OUT STATEMENT, secondly should she choose to come in out office and use profanity including the F BOMB she will be ask to leave the officeWe have been nothing but professional
with her, however we are not telling her what she wants to hear so she has chosen this avenueI have encountered her rath when you tell her something she doesn't want to hear Tell us why hear, the profanity starts

The charges will remain the same. We have pictures and 6 witnesses that saw and know the condition they left their apt in. DAMAGE is NOT wear and TEAR.

Review: I have been a tenant of Brookside Apartments for over 3 years now. I have always payed my rent on time and have never received a complaint from the apartment managers nor neighbors. On the day of June 30th, my girlfriend gave me a ride home from work. She does not live in Brookside Apartments. Allegedly she was speeding in the parking lot as she dropped me off. The maintenance worker ([redacted]) comes speeding around the corner and parks directly behind my girlfriends car, gets out, and starts to charge toward her driver side very aggressively. He starts attacking her window, calling her foul names and threatening her to get out of the car. I felt his unprofessional approach to the matter put me in a position to diffuse the situation. Afterall, I am the tenant and she was just giving me a ride. I stepped between the two to protect my girlfriend who felt threatened and frightened for her life. [redacted] admits to initiating the wrong doing and also states so in Police reports by the Stockton Police Department. Two days after the situation, I get a 30-60 Day notice on my door with no explanation right after I pay my rent. I feel I am being punished for an altercation an employee of Brookside Apartments initiated. I have had numerous issues with this place including being overcharged $500 in rent because "documentation was lost", roach infestations, excessive mold in bathroom, broken appliances, just to name a few. Through all of these issues I have remained loyal and continued to pay my rent on time. No action has been made upon [redacted] and he was the main aggressor. I have done nothing but be a good tenant which makes me feel the 30-60 Day notice is in direct retaliation to the altercation [redacted] initiated.Desired Settlement: I would like the 30-60 Day Notice terminated. I have apologized for the misunderstanding to [redacted] and management. No charges were pressed on anyone. I would like to just terminate the 30-60 Notice so I can continue to pay my rent and go on with my life problem free. I am currently a student at Delta College with plans on transferring to University of The Pacific. Brookside Apartments happens to be the perfect location between both schools.

I have been a resident at brook side apartments for about 2 or 3 years now and since day one of me living there I have been picked on...the one time I'm walking in to my home with family members of mine and the next day I'm getting told about complaints of my girlfriend being there when it really was family...I have been watched they have taken pictures of my home of me and my company the ladies who work in the office are very rude...on this day today I am in currently in the hospital with my mother and they tell my fiance that I need to hop on a bus and be there by one to clean up a tiny mess now how rude is that my mother could be dien ready to say her last breaths and they want me to leave her side...I notice my time being there I was the only one who had to report when I won't be in my home how many days I will be out the only one who gets told I can't have people over without them knowing...living in the brookside apartments started to feel more like a group home or a jail cell...my experience with them was very offal and I would not recommend anyone in my family or any of my friends to live there....they are very harsh on you when they seem to not like you or w.e the case may be...how is it right that they allowed other tenants to take pictures of me and my company and my home how is it safe for me to know I'll be okay in my home when tenants are watching my every move to run and tell them...now why would I come up with all of this if it wast true...but they say it's they word against yours and I just pray that one day someone can help me and give me information on how to stop this and get some respect and freedom

Review: I have lived in my unit for over 3 months now. I have written emails dating back to the first day we moved in. I have black mold in my bathroom ceiling which is right next to our bedroom. I have now become ill and have told the landlord multiple times about this and she says she will fix and and never had or set up an appointment. In result we have now coach roaches in our apartment in bathroom, kitchen, inside drawers, and closets. I have had to throw away many food items in which I have found them on. We also have a broken AC unit that smells and blows hot air after 10 minutes of use which make our unit really hot. So hot our fridge doesn't keep cool and we can't keep any garbage in the house for more than a day as it smells horrible, not to mention the loss of food going rotten in fridge and fruit. Out PGE bills is so high because of the AC never working nor getting fixed. Our front door isn't secure as well and hasn't been fixed at all. I withheld rent this month but was given a 3 day notice for only paying half, as I have been spending extra on fans, roach bait and re buying food. She has been notified every week of these issues with a promise to fix them but never does, while she gets AC all day and living great on the property. I am needing this fix as I am becoming more ill with sinus problems from both roaches and mold and medical bills that I have had to pay for.Desired Settlement: I want these issues fix ASAP or give us back our rent and clear our balance due for both late payments and rent paid for services not being up held.
