I am rejecting this response because: I am appalled on how [redacted] who I thought was the nicest of all of the office staff could lie like this and send papers I do realize she must do what they say or lose her job! She knows she called me the next day after the toothwas pulled to let me know that I would have to pay for $ more This is when I became AWARE there was a balance I am trying to reach my insurance claim adjuster, [redacted] , since she was on speaker phone when they rudely spoketo her The itemized statement with my signature is dated 9/8/ ESTIMATES The date of the work on Feb 22, is not listedAfter they pulled the tooth, I asked the nurse assistant for my gold crown, she stated OSHA didn't allow them to give us the tooth So they kept it, and no one in their right mind would throw away GOLD! I know they kept it! That is the one is signed on the right hand side with a red circle around the PAYMENT of $ 195, which ifully paid that day with my ATM card She knew I was already upset with the amount I thought it was too much They kept saying since Septthat they would FAX paperwork to [redacted] , American Marketing Administrators And asof 2/21/2016, [redacted] had not received a FAX from them So when I went in to discuss this, [redacted] was super nice and apologized because she had made a mistake When I put [redacted] on speaker phone the other lady laid on her rude attitude with [redacted] , who is a gentle older woman She didn't argue with her, but stated my complaints They charged me more AFTER signing the papers, keeping my gold tooth and raising the price WITHOUT EVEN SEEING WHAT WORK HAD TO BE DONE, and dentists charging $each without me getting off the chair, for a total of $l,500(which at first they gave me estimates of $550!) She wanted to know what kind of work exactly they would be doing on my tooth I dofeel this is not the first time they have done things to consumers like this before After talking to several people, including dentists I know, this place is known for swindling people and acting nonprofessional After I changed dentist iswhen they sent me the bill for the extra $ Either way, thank you Revdex.com for working on this complaint, and we know they will win over all! that is how professional their business is I pray this will never happen to any of them in the future.Sincerely [redacted]
