This review is not about Charlotte [redacted] who was was a fine representative Our review is a warning for elderly people like my wife and I whose burial needs changed several years after buying a plan from Brookside Funeral Home We found that we would not need the opening and closing costs required for burial We were not going to use these plots We also paid for a grave marker which we will not need These charges totaling over $4,would not be refunded We would have expected some sort of handling charge for canceling but never expected for them to totally reject any form of refund Taking over $4,from elderly people living on S.Sdoes not seem right to us This is a warning to anyone doing business with this company Once you pay for a service or goods do not ever expect a credit for unused services
