Review: On 5/25/2014 I placed an order with Brookside Game Calls. When I received my order I noted that part of it was incorrect. I contact them on June 9th and was instructed to send the incorrect parts back. I did send it back and never received a response. On August 5th I emailed inquiring the status and was instructed to call the shop. I did call the shop and found out my order was sitting there. I did find out that part of my order was incorrect and the person I talked with was not sure how it had happened. While speaking I wanted to add to my order and was re-directed to another person. I placed my order via email on 8/7/14 which was to be for a wedding gift on 8/30/14. I offered to pay right away. I did not hear back. I made a phone call around 10/3/14 found out my order was originally correct. I told them this is not what I was told. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they wanted to know what I wanted. I told them that I expect my order and now would like them finish my order at no charge ($6 worth of engraving) since the wedding had passed. They said fine and they will have it out that Monday. On 11/1/2014 I still did not receive my order and emailed them. They responded that the order was sent out on 10/6/2014. I asked who they shipped thorough and found out it was USPS. On 11/6/14 they responded that they were sending out another order and to keep both when they come to me. On 11/18/14 I still did not get my order and questioned them via email where they are sending the order. As of this date (11/30/14) I have not received my order or a response from the 11/18/14 email. We are both located in Pennsylvania approximately 5 hours apart.Desired Settlement: I want my money back with tax and pro-rated shipping because I gave more than enough time for them to settle this and now have no trust in this company or its employees. I paid with [redacted] and do not want hit with any "fees."
