Yesterday on Saturday May 7th, I picked up my Triumph Bonneville Tfrom Brookside Motorcycles I had been in contact with Paul about buying the cycle for over two months He worked with me every step of the way to assure I could retain the cycle until the time I could travel from Arkansas to pick it up Great shop, fantastic personnel, I will do business again with them in a heartbeat Very professional, friendly, and into their bikes Great bike shop, great people, a good experience I will remember
I really like the tech that worked on my bike. That said I went nearly a thousand dollars into getting her running right and she's no there. I get what John said, and I don't really blame him. Mostly just disappointed. The level of service I got from the front end staff though, who I assume was the service manager... He solidified that I will not be returning to Brookside in the future. When I spend that kind of money, I expect to be treated with at least a little respect, and whoever that guy was ruined my experience. I mean, I just got done swiping my card, and he couldn't tell me where my bike was. Then I get it, and he couldn't even be bothered to find the key. After he was rude in the show room. John want to let me know where the bike stood, and he rudely forced me back outside, while I was talking to the mechanic who worked on my bike. It's not a bad place, but don't expect anything from the service manager.
