Brookstone at the Foothills Apartments

I am new to the above apartment. I moved in on 7/19/14. The model apartment I was shown was nothing compared to the apartment I was rented. The lack of communication and professionalism with the staff have been uphauling.
The maintenance crew is rude took over 3 1/2 weeks to get anything repaired. I lived in this apartment for 3 weeks with no working toilet. When I moved into the apartment, there was food slimed all over the wash room, bathroom and kitchen areas. There were roaches in coming from the vents and baseboards.
Clearly no one attempted to clean this apartment when the previous tenant vacated. I am currently looking for another apartment which will be a better fit.
