We normally would never comment publicly on our customers, however at this point we feel that we have no choiceYesterday we were alerted through the Revdex.com that one of our customers is claiming a completely story about our facility claiming horrible things like intentional poisoning with evidence of blood testsWe feel like we must respond in order to protect our nameThe truth is that the blood tests show no such thing and the complainant has yet to reproduce any evidence/blood tests to support her claimsWhile it is true that the dog in question has a health problem, the cause is due to a long standing process and in no way related to his stay at our facilityWe truly hope that this person shares the truth regarding this case. We here at Barkingham Palace, have been taking care of pets (boarding and grooming) for yearsWe have never and would never use any chemicals on any petWe have an open door policy where dog owners can come see their loved ones at any timeWhile we continue to pray that the dog gets better, whatever is happening with him is not the result of anything that happened during the stay at Barkingham Palace. We operate Barkingham Palace because we love dogsWe treat them as if they were our family membersWe wouldn't do this job if we didn'tIt is truly unfortunate that after so many years in the business, as part of the Port Washington community, we are being judged by the story of one customer who presented a completely fabricated story. be beneficial to contact the customer to ensure she would like to proceed with this complaint, since her Veterinarian DrJay B***, at Old Shore Animal Hospital now has the results of all blood testsIt seems that publishing these extremely serious and completely claims without evidence of "supposed" blood tests is unjust
