Brookville Automotives DBA M.A.W Reviews (2)

Review: On the 25th day of February 2012, I've purchased a 2005 Hyundai Accent 4dr silver car from Brookville Automotives and paid them $4800.00 straight cash on the same day. Brookville Automotives were in charge of taking my vehicle through inspection and it failed twice. Due to the failure of inspection, my temporary tag expired. I decided to pay for the inspection myself and pay for every issues the vehicle was having in order for it to pass inspection. I then took the inspection certificate to Brookville Automotives so I could start working on my hard tags, and that is when I found out that they sold me a car without a title. On the 22nd day of March 2013, I've paid [redacted] $516.00 for my hard tags, title fees, and the taxes of what I paid for the car. Unfortunately, [redacted] passed away on that following Sunday and now I am having problems with the employees trying to help me out with obtaining a title for this vehicle. Now I have a car that I can not drive because without the title, I can not receive hard tags. I am having a hard time with reaching them. And it seems to me that they are avoiding me. I paid to much money for a car to be just sitting. I have been very patient and humble about the whole situation and they are still treating me so wrong.Desired Settlement: It really doesn't matter, either they get my title and hard tags, let me choose another vehicle, or give me all of my money back of what I paid for the car, the money I spent to get the car fixed so it could pass inspection, and the money I spent to get an inspection done.
