I looked at its website for STD testing service late July, 2015 and was asked to enter my credit card before given access to any available schedule and location. Part of our ordering process is that the lab location is required to be chosen prior to being able to check out. However, a month later,...
this company charged me for $339 on my credit card for the service I never pursued nor they ever provided. Its website never showed clearly my credit card will be charged as soon as I enter the card number. As per the online ordering process, once the client entered their card information and clicked the "Place Your Order" button, their card is charged, the following screen clearly states: "Your order has been placed and your card has been charged. The charge will appear on your statement as "FPK Services". Please Note: You should receive an email from us within 15 minutes with testing instructions. The client placed their order on 07/29/2015 @ 22:48 CDT, and this is the time the merchant charged the card. As per our terms of service (https://www.stdcheck.com/terms-of-service.php) as well as our FAQs (https://www.stdcheck.com/terms-of-service.php) our cancellation policy is clearly stated. We have informed the client of the terms of service and we have stated that the amount paid can be used to any testing that he may want.

One refund for $279.20 was submitted back onto the patients chosen form of payment at the time of their order, as well as a separate refund of $69.80 for a total refunded to the patient of $349. STDcheck.com has a call center with patient care advisers and service coordinators that are available 7 days a week to help our patients.
