into an agreement with his own financing source and on February 10 2016, signed and executed a new purchase order, superseding the other, in accordance with his new loan totaling $18,458.60. (Exhibit B) Mr. [redacted] entered into and negotiated this new loan outside the dealership and did so well knowing that the new amount was for the vehicle only, without any warranties, insurances, or additions.  The dealership receipted in the loan check from his bank on February 11, 2016 (Exhibit C) for the amount of $18,458.60.  This is obviously $5,345.17 less than the amount agreed to at the original transaction.  A warranty or gap refund cannot be given for something that was never purchased and paid for in the first place. Mr. [redacted] not only agreed to one but a superseding buyers order reviewing all taxes, fees, and trade values, and payoff, as well as with a third party being State Farm Bank.  We are happy to continue communication to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
