In response to this complaint here is our side of the storyweeks after this motor was purchased the customer said it came in damaged in which there is a day policy for damaged parts to be returned and this was never brought to our attentionThe engine now looks nothing like what we sent and there is no markings proving this was the motor we sent outIf it has been refurbished now it must have shown good compression before going through with the procedureNow all of a sudden miles later he claims it was damaged in shipping with cracked manifolds and now a bearing is loose, without proper proof of the serial numbers we put on the motor, all we have to go on is the guys wordOur company policy is we need solid proof the motor is badWithout bringing to our attention this was the case from the start, we are left with no resolution on this matterIn the future always report damage to us so we can do a claim with our shipping department

I am rejecting this response because:It is not my fault that they promised 5-business days for delivery.If this is a problem quit telling customers this.Also, if they had answered any of my calls or messages during this period maybe I would not have had to order another transmission.Amazingly I had time to order and receive another one before theirs arrived.Most importantly, they shipped a different transmission than what we agreed on.And yes, I know exactly how many miles it has...I called the company that they purchased it from and got the invoice and confirmation from the owner himself.So,with this information,I do not understand how Anything Autoparts is not responsible to reimburse me

I spoke with mr*** yesterday, the transmission was a little late getting to him but he did get it, he decided to order another transmission and installed that one, he never even installed this transmissionSo in turn he wants his money back because he now has transmissionsOur company policy is replacement only if it is bad, this is not our fault and we don't just refund people because they are impatient, we do not control the trucking industry and sometimes there can be a delay, he has no zero proof of the mileage on it

Ok our response to this complaint is, mr. [redacted] decided that he did not get the transmission at all at first, I had tracking so I knew it was coming, so he decided to yell, scream and call me names and threaten me, this is why I blocked him, that was beyond the worst experience I have ever had...

with a customer. 3 months and 2 days later he decides to complain about the mileage. We believe the underlying cause of complaints is customers not reading over our company policies and/or warranty before making a purchase. Some merchandise may arrive to a customer damaged after being shipped cross country, which we have accepted responsibility for. However, a customer must report defective or incorrect parts within three (3) business days (72 hours) of arrival and return them within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.

there is no markings proving this was the motor we sent out. If it has been refurbished now it must have shown good compression before going through with the procedure. Now all of a sudden 400 miles later he claims it was damaged in shipping with cracked manifolds and now a bearing is loose, without proper proof of the serial numbers we put on the motor, all we have to go on is the guys word. Our company policy is we need solid proof the motor is bad. Without bringing to our attention this was the case from the start, we are left with no resolution on this matter. In the future always report damage to us so we can do a claim with our shipping department.
