Broome Property Enterprises was fantastic to work with! We were referred to the company by a friend who had used them for a similar project. From estimate to execution, our experience with BPE was what we had hoped for. The price estimate was in line with competing bids and online reputation gave us the confidence to hire David & his team. Demo started on time with a completion estimate of 4-weeks. Project was finished on time and within the agreed upon budget parameters. Construction crew was always on-time, courteous to my family and quick to clean up at end of the day. We plan to hire BPE again for the next phase of our home project and would recommend them to anyone considering to do the same.
Steve, David and their work crew are awesome!! Steve is very knowledgeable about home repairs and remodeling, and knows what adds resale value to a home. We are very happy with the quality of their work. They completed a long list of much needed repairs (remodeled bathroom, repaired and painted damaged garage ceiling, replaced outdated outlets, relocated kitchen cabinets, installed new baseboards, painted inside of home). They did the work quickly and finished before expected. We loved them so much, we've already referred them to another family member. Thank you Brooke Property Team!!

Broome Property Enterprises completed 3 bathroom remodels (granite countertops, toilet replacements, vanity install, mirror install, wall patching, painting), lighting install (kitchen, living room, family room), attic fan install, interior painting, front door repair, tile floor repair, installed multiple ceiling fans, and have done other handyman services at our home. They are dependable, professional, and get the job done right. When they have encountered challenges, they explained options and provided their suggestions for the best solution I've been using this company for years and am very pleased with their work. Unfortunately I am disappointed with the outcome of their work.I had several problems, some were resolved others were not. Broome came out and replaced my tub and shower with a standing shower. We went with tile. The walls turned out uneven. The floor did not allow the water to drain. Although they sent someone out to fix it, he did a terrible job in that now the floor is uneven and water still stands in certain places. Grout had big holes in it. They did fix that but now less than a month out holes are forming again that my husband is having to repair. The sliding glass doors at first were so tight it took a lot of strength to open causing my daughter to use too much force which then caused the corner of the door to hit the tile and break. They did fix the door but charged us an additional fee. The door also allowed the water to poor out on to the floor which my husband had to fix. There are chips in the tile where they cut pieces to fit and the nook they put in to hold soaps and shampoos hold water as does the stone threshold that the door sits on. They did install railings both vertical and horizontal for my elderly parents that live with us and those are working out like they should. However, over all I am disappointed with the outcome of their work.
During our initial meeting with Ms. B we went over the options of what could be done in the bathroom. We discussed putting in a shower enclosure that would be made up of a stationary glass panel and a door hinged to the wall. This option would have been the best option for keeping water from coming under the door as it would have a sweep on it. Due to Ms. B's concerns about her parents being able to navigate around a door and the layout of the bathroom, she elected to install a sliding shower door system. The system installed rolled on a header bar and was directed on the bottom by a door glide. When the glass sliding door system was installed with all the safety door stops in place, Mr. B tested the door and stated it was good. The next morning we received a call from Ms. B stating that her daughter opened the door with force and chipped the bottom of the glass door. She asked what we could do to help. We stated we could have the piece of glass remade and tempered and charge her only for the glass at cost and no charge for labor. We scheduled to come out on the next day that was convenient for her to install the replacement glass. We never heard from Ms. B after we went out the last time to help her with the chipped glass until this review.
The first glass door was extremely difficult to open. My elderly parents would not have been able to open it. The hinge door would not have worked because we have a very small bathroom and both entry doors swing in toward the shower.
However, the glass doors is the least of my concerns at this point.
I made several attempts to get the owners to fix the shower floor as it was holding water. They promised me the owner would come out personally to fix it. Instead they sent someone else out who made the floor worse. Now the entire floor is uneven. At some points the edge of the tile are poking out from the grout and if you rub your feet over it you can feel the corner of the tile which is very sharp.
The floor still holds water and now it is even more of a safety hazard.
Once the job was completed the company never reached out see if I was satisfied with the outcome of their work which is very unprofessional.
It would be a responsible act for the company to contact us and see how they can fix the mess they started.
