***, I am sorry you feel you have been mistreated There must have been some miscommunication between us and I am sorry for that Concerning your complaints I will address these the best I can
1) I did not know you needed an invoice for the job we had performed Sorry, I would have sent one out if I had known
2/3&4) I return phone calls everyday, I am often out of the office running this business Sorry if I missed you when I called but I did leave you a message I did not know you needed to be informed on our arrival date, this was not specified I did have your contact information but did not know you would like me to call Sorry for missing this detail I did the work within the time frame I told you we were available, sorry if I did not make this clear enough.
Once again, I am sorry for the misunderstandings and or miscommunication I pride myself on creating healthy relationships with our clients and I am aware this begins with communication At this point, I am going to remove the current invoice#*** for the $that you owe us Obviously, you were satisfied with this transaction and I feel you should not pay for the work because of this To be clear, you do not owe us anything
Sincerely,
Josh V***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Of the manner it took for them to respond: Get a invoice paid(took 1 yr) 2. Follow up job to be completed 3. Communication reply's (calls/emailing) 4. Not notifying us when the job was going to be completed and showing up on property with out our knowledge. They had my email/cell phone.Sincerely,[redacted]
Hello,
My name is Josh V[redacted], president of Bros. & Hoes Landscaping Inc. and brothers with Clint V[redacted]. I am surprised with the complaint from [redacted] and thought that I resolved her complaint in a quick and efficient manner by removing the $15 she is speaking about within hours of her...
calling me. Apparently I did not. Clint did do some clearing work for [redacted] last year as she specified in her complaint. He quoted the work for $500 as she said and then finished the job faster than he was expecting and gave [redacted] a discount for the work that was estimated. This discount was for $200, almost half the quoted amount. [redacted] agreed to take this discount but as she stated gave Clint the $500 hoping to get some work done the following year and told Clint she would call to schedule. [redacted] called the office and I returned her call and met with her. I was not aware of Clint and [redacted]'s payment agreement but told [redacted] if Clint accepted this $200 credit, we would honor it. I estimated the work she was hoping to get done would cost around $300. We did the work and I invoiced [redacted] for $115. Adding the $200 credit the total was $315. She called the office to complain about the additional $15. As soon as I received her message, I resent the invoice for $100 to make her happy. I am a bit confused since the year before Clint, being the honest person and business owner he is, discounted her $200 off of her estimated cost and she took the discount. But when I underestimated the job by $15 she is turning this claim into the Revdex.com.?. Mind you, I sent her an email with her original invoice at 6:30, Monday morning and adjusted the invoice by 4:00 that afternoon, removing the $15. I would hope [redacted] or the Revdex.com would remove this complaint from our record. We take pride in our work and our business and hope to resolve issues like this to make certain the homeowner/business owners we work with are happy. Please let me know what I can do to help this complaint be removed.
Thanks,
Josh V[redacted]
