I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I still have not received my security deposit, and until I have a check that can be cashed, I will not accept the answer, "It will be mailed" This business likes to pass blame each on the other landlord Brad will pass blame to Russell Russell will pass blame to Shawn I have heard that the check will be mailed since May 30th, but I still have not received my check from the company This is unacceptable I also have not heard how much my security deposit returned will be I am expecting the entire $ I have been waiting for this check since May 30th It is August 29th I also have proof in photographs that there was no damage done to the apartment while we were living there If they claim that there was any damage, then I can prove that there was not The company also likes to take tenants deposits for a "cleaning fee", but the tenants throughly cleaned the apartment before moving out If they take any money out of the deposit for this "cleaning fee" I will be outraged Also, Brad has never contacted me personally I have contacted Russell several times, but never has one of the landlords ever outright contacted me These landlords do nothing for their tenants Several work orders were never completed while living at the residence The tenants did not have heat in the apartment for two months as the landlords took their sweet time installing a new heating system in the colder months We lived in [redacted] , this was unacceptable The least these landlords can do is return our security deposit after all the hardships they placed on their tenants Living in the apartment we rented from them was a horrible experience Regards, [redacted]

We were missing some information to process the security deposit return; however, our billing and collections person (Russ H.) now has the information needed to process the return, and Russ is processing the returned security damage deposit return We have communicated that to the Tenants as well Regards Brad

That complaint is not accurateOur property has hard wired carbon monoxide detectors in the basement, and the alarm never went off At no time was there a high level of carbon monoxide *** *** did noted a slightly elevated amount carbon monoxide was coming out of the furnace,
but still within acceptable levels below what would trigger the carbon monoxide detector Our furnace contractor, *** remodeling (###-###-####) completed an inspection and noted that the slight elevation was caused by a small amount of black soot obstructing the vent *** remodeling also said at that time that they recommend that the primary heat exchanger and the gas valve be replaced since it was around years old The cost of clearing the obstruction, replacing the heat exchanger and replacing the gas valve was close in expense to replacing the whole furnace, so we bought a new furnace The issues noted would not cause the increase in the gas bill that the tenant is complaining about *** remodeling believes if there is a significantly high gas bill, then there is likely an issue with the *** *** gas meter Regards Brad E
