[I am not shocked by this response, I was totally expecting it.  I never once threatened with abuse to any of his colleagues, especially over the phone.  The only phone conversation I had with you is when I asked you when I had my car in for service which you could not tell me and you could not tell me what parts were used because all of your paperwork was with your accountant?  You also stated you would find the paperwork and get back to me within three weeks which you did not.  I have all the texts still from me and [redacted] and I did not throw any abuse to him either, in fact he was throwing some my way but that besides the point now because he is no longer with your company according to you.  I was totally professional and especially patient through the whole ordeal.  I spent countless days of work commuting back and forth in attempt to get this fixed.  You had my car on at least 4-5 separate occasions before deciding to replace the "fuel pump" and when I asked for a loaner, you did not give me one at any of the times my vehicle was there.  It was stated that it was a brand new part from [redacted], which if it was would come with a warranty on that part but again you would not know that because you have no documentation on my car which is baffling and also scary to even fathom.  If your goal was to satisfy the customer, you would not be responding back flipping this story on me by stating blatant lies that I hurled abuse at you or any of your colleagues.  I would like to see how you would feel if somebody was playing with your livelihood and mode of transportation.  Your goal at the end of the day is to satisfy your sales, and not the customer.  Let this be a warning for anybody who wants to deal with this dealer, if you buy a car from them expect nothing but cover ups and be prepared to spend $3,000-$4,000 to repair your vehicle like I did.]

As to Mr Customer's problem, we can not answer why a new part would fail in 9 months, or put a time line on any new part due to the mass production of parts, some parts last longer then others. Mr Customer had called our office at some point in time, cant confirm date, however his crudeness,...

and unprofessionalism, will not be tolerated and we were forced to end our phone conversation. We do not wish to associate with patrons that will threaten or display abusive behavior toward myself or my colleagues.Additionally, for Mr Customer to relate "good pricing" as a tool to justify failure on a part is unjust, we do not upsell our parts to our customers. Our customers always get their repair parts at out cost.It is always disheartening, when we cant fully satisfy our customers needs, which is always our number one goal before and after sales.
