Dear Ms*** ***:This letter is in response to complaint ID# as referenced on the correspondence I received regarding *** ***.The nature of this complaint involves insurance reimbursement to the patient that she felt was inadequate The services rendered and the fees charged
were understood and agreed upon by *** *** before treatment was undertaken I do understand her level of frustration with the reimbursement.Her insurance company has been in contact with our office, and apparently an error was made on their behalf *** *** has contacted our office since she filed this complaint, and we informed her of the insurance company's position.I regret that this incident happened and the patient is unhappy, however we do not make the insurance rules Hopefully there can be a mutual satisfactory ending to this situation.Sincerely,*** A ***, DDS
