The gentlemen came in looking for an amplifier, subwoofer, box, and installation of his amp which we providedHe had already an existing stereo in the vehicle that was installed at a different retailerThe system worked great and the customer left satisfied with the products and installationHe then returned on another day complaining of issues with his sound system, saying that his radio was 'acting up'We honored the lifetime warranty that comes standard on anything we install in the vehicle, which included the amplifier installation as well as the subwooferWe, however, did not install his stereoAfter checking and rechecking our installation on the amp (which our installers have over years experience doing), we concluded that there was nothing wrong with the installationAll wires were connected properly and in the correct place, the amp was getting proper voltage from the battery, and the subwoofer was connected properlyThe gentlemen insisted we investigate the radio, which was not purchased nor installed by Brother Audio Sound, so we informed him that it was not under warranty with us but would gladly take a look at the stereo for a feeHe did not want to pay for the service and so we told him that he should take the stereo to the company where he first purchased the radio and had it installed.If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the matter, please do not hesitate to contact me back.Regards, [redacted] ***

We, however, did not install his stereo. After checking and rechecking our installation on the amp (which our installers have over 20 years experience doing), we concluded that there was nothing wrong with the installation. All wires were connected properly and in the correct place, the amp was getting proper voltage from the battery, and the subwoofer was connected properly. The gentlemen insisted we investigate the radio, which was not purchased nor installed by Brother Audio Sound, so we informed him that it was not under warranty with us but would gladly take a look at the stereo for a fee.
