Brother Head , as well as is unprofessional , he refuses to show up on time to do the job, and does not call to let you know he will be lateAnd by late I mean he was scheduled to start work at 10:am and would not show up until pm do hours of work and then leaveHe did not complete any jobs per the contract, and verbally insulted me twiceHe crossed my water lines, so I only had hot water for two days and stated I needed a new water heater I called a plumber which told MrHead he had crossed the water lines and he told the plumber I said my water was always like thatI had to pay the plumber $Dolllars as results toOne and and tel MrHead it was his mistake, I have the receipt from the plumber stating thatHe stained my deck and left spots that were not finished and a hole in the part connected to the house, he statesd he would fix it, and has not its been that way since August, 17, My hall bathroom that he started on August 18, is still not complete, he promise to put tile directly around the tub, when the contract was first put in place on August, 7, And until I asked him on August, 27, when was he going to put the tile directly around the tub, he stated common sense would tell you I'm not going to do that, when I asked how would como sense tell me that that's was what I told him I wanted he stated that's why I changed your tub so you should have known that, I stated why did you wait until the last minute and you did not say anything until I asked you , because you knew I would not had let you did my bathroom if you told me you were not going to do it, you led me to believe it's was going to be done got weeksHe also messed up the paint job on my walls he put plastic on the walls twice and did not allow them to dry before he stated painting, which I saw him I and then stated my walls hold to much moisture He also messes up my water value to my shower and stated something was wrong with the part So to date the deck, bathroom wall and shower are messed up, also my door to the bathroom he redid and to date you can not use the Toilet because there is not enough room to open and shut the door while you are on the toiletWhen all of the issues were brought to him he became very irate , loud and disrespectful And lastly he was cutting tile in my bathroom which I asked home not to and removed my exhaust fan without my permission He can no longer come in my house and do any work

Review: Mold and mildew forming in the shed that was built by this contractor. In addition, and what is a contributing factor is the water damage. I have repeatedly called and have spoken to the contractor about this. And the contractor has ignored my complaints. The structure (the shed) that he built can not be used, because of health and water damage issues. I may have to have it destroyed. This project cost approximately $2.400.00 to have built.Desired Settlement: Complete the job at no additional costs to me.
