I purchased a used Dodge Caravan from Brothers Auto Sales on 2/27/a week later the vehicle began having issues one which was a brake issue the other which was a revving up noise from the motorI then contacted them and they tell me to bring it in and they will have their tech look at it and see what is going on.They gave me a day but no time so my husband took it to them on that dayThe tech then tells my husband he can't look at it that he is busySo my husband leavesI then text the owner and tell him what is going onHe began to get very rudeTelling me there wasn't anything he could do after the fact that he told me he couldSo my complaint is that he tells me can do something then decided not to also my complaint is that I am having repair issues after just having vehicle for a week

This is a review I felt I was forced to post about brothers auto sales in lexington KYAfter visiting and purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, what seemed to be a decent experience was quickly turned into a horrifying oneWhere my LIFE WAS PUT IN DANGER! I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and was told multiple times the brakes and rotors on the vehicle were brand newAbdel was sure to make that a selling point! That was important to me being I was going to drive the car about 600-miles in a couple of daysDuring the trip I felt the brakes rumble, but said to myself well they're new this could be nothing(Keep in mind, I had to travel through the Kentucky and West Virginia mountains on this road trip(I was very adamant at the dealership that I would be taking this long drive and my safety was a main concern)After reaching my destination, the shaking of the brakes continued followed by other noisesI checked the brakes again and it seemed there were no brakes at all on the vehicleI called the dealership multiple times regarding the brakes and I've received the run a round as well as excuses such as "the brakes are new we have the receipts from our finance department." A receipt which brothers Auto Sales still hasn't providedNeither have they called me back the multiple times they have promised to do soTurns out there were no brakes on the front or back of the vehicle and because of this the rotors needed replacing as well totaling me $to replace (if you factor in brake fluid)Let me warn anyone even thinking about purchasing from this dealership to go elsewhereWhat type of business selling vehicles would put a person's LIFE in jeopardy by not providing something as simple as new brakes on a vehicle where the selling point was "I just put a NEW brakes on the car" on a vehicle they are selling in Ky knowing this car is headed to N.Jbecause of that I am disgustedThis will definitely be reported to the Revdex.com, and wherever else I can report too as well
