I am rejecting this response because: the "wood truck" referred to in the written note on the contract is their wood truck that goes around and cleans up after themAlso, we asked them to hold the truck for a couple of days because our neighbor wanted to cherry-pick some pieces, rather than take it allIan (their foreman) clearly understood that Brother's was responsible for picking up the rest, which he confirmed over the phone call we made after the wood had been sitting for a couple of weeks
In the contract it does say the wood does stayHowever I'm willing to come and reseed the lawn when the wood is all goneShe did mention she did have somene who would want some of the So our guy only took some of the wood and not all of itI circled the part where it does say the wood staysIt
has her signature on the bottom right corner also
