Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/09/01) */
Everything she says is not true. We repossessed her car because the last payment we received was in March of 2015, which was late. She has not paid anything since then. She came back within a few days of repossessing her car crying. My employee...

felt sorry and gave her car back after receiving a promise that the consumer would bring the payment in. 2 months later, no payment was received so we sent a repo. They have been hiding the car. I was driving home one day and we found the car, someone else driving it. I followed it. There was a man driving it and I told him the car was up for repo. We called the police. Police came to keep the peace and I explained what was going on. He asked the consumer if it was his car and he responded that it was not so police told him to get out of the car. The consumer came out, it was close to her home, and asked us to just take the car without police involvement because she has a warrant. The police told her to get her things out of the car. She took everything including the license plate. She left a lot of trash in the car. Police stayed on the scene until she got everything out of the car and I got the key from the officer and left. Nothing
