After reviewing this complaint, The customer had previously dropped off another one of his vehicles when he picked that vehicle up he
then informed us about the vehicle in question that he wanted us to work onHe was then informed that we were slammed with work and had really not a certain time that we were going to be able to work on his vehicleThe vehicle was brought to us on a empty tank we then added $of gas in order to test drive the vehicleThe vehicle was left as received with the amount of gas in itIt is not our responsibility to put gas in a customers vehicleThere is a gas station rite around the corner from our shop in which he passed up, Had they paid attention and if they knew it was low on gas I strongly believe that he should took the responsibility in adding gas himselfAfter a few minutes he then called and asked if we can help them out with some gas in which we agreed and then he refusedHe proceeded to call back hours later with vulgar and a disrespectful tone of voice in which he was told to respectfully to calm down so that we can try to work or understand what was going onAfter several attempts to try to understand and calm the situation down it then turned from business to more of a personal matterIn this case there is only so much a person can take and resolution to the matter was never reached because of the fact that it went from one thing to a whole different out of the question matterThis could have been easily resolved had the conversation stayed at a professional level in which we attempted but was shot down quickly

My vehicle had a brand new engine, just replaced with less than 6,miles on itI replaced the brakes, the axles, the suspension, the radiator, the water pump, the battery and all wires, sensorsI take pride in my vehicles and stop at no expense to build the most bullet proof vehicle I canI NEVER drive my jeep with less than 1/tank of gasI trusted you to do work on my vehicleI left my vehicle with you July 20th and didn't see it again for daysAugust 24th
You billed me for 1200$ LaborI'm guessing your mechanics rate is $100-an hour

I called once a week and was told you would call me back, even had you call and try to straighten me out by being aggressive on the telephone after I made a joke that you were driving my jeep on the trail
After you kept my jeep days, which cost me a lot in rentals and was a headache considering my wife was weeks pregnantI told you she was pregnant and you saw her belly when I dropped off my jeepWhen you suggested you were busy and it would take you "one week", I figured you would take one week and hours/work days
When I picked up the jeep, it stopped running, which has never happened to me once while owning three different jeeps for years
My disabled mother was driving the jeep aloneit was 100F outside and my vehicle "ran out of gas" between your shop and the gas stationAAA came to her aide with fresh cold water and gasoline for freeWhich we have documentation of the exact location and time I have a receipt from your shop with the exact time and date of both vehicles, showing how long you have kept my vehicle
My vehicle didn't have any engine problems before BROTHERS 4xworked on itTheir quote or assessment would have suggested such as I asked The owner personally to go over every detail and fix whatever needed to be fixed
The vehicles check engine light was never on prior to BROTHERS 4x"working" on it
After Brothers 4xworked on my vehicle, the engine light came on giving me a CPU Error code P0174, P0204, P0205, P
I have taken the vehicle to another shop to have the diagnostic printed out, I will pay for the parts and labor and repairs from the damage BROTHERS 4xhas caused
I want a refund for the work you have done, which is equal to or less than the damages you have caused, the grief of following through with a matter like this, the poor customer service and complete lack of consideration of the customer and his time
If I am not refunded for the work you have done $2228.17,

I have only gotten quotes from multiple shopsI will not let your shop work on either of my vehicles againI will pay for repairs and take you to small claims to recoup the expenses
We will let a judge decide if your negligence, non professionalism and lack of attention to detail led to the abuse of my vehicle which caused my fuel pump, filter and injectors to be damaged beyond repair
Mechanics know more than anybody that running a vehicle with no gasoline is the worst thing you can do for your engine and fuel supply systemYou damaged my vehicle because you are "swamped" (taking on more than you can handle)My vehicle did not have any check engine light codes before BROTHERS 4xworked on my vehicles

No refund will be administered for repairs done elsewhereAgain you were aware when you left your vehicle without a appointment on how busy the shop was at that timeThe vehicle belongs to you, Therefore if you felt uncertain of it being here you could have easily picked it up and brought back at a later date
