My husband and I called Charlie's roofing to put a new roof on our houseThey responded the same day to discuss the process, and when the insurance company came to our house, Charlie's Roofing sent their representative to assist us with the process of meeting with the insurance adjustor The men were professional, courteous, and attentive to all details as evidenced by their attention to cleaning up after their workThey meticulously picked up all nails and any other materials and made sure nothing was left behind that could cause injury to our animals They arrived on a Wednesday and completed the job on that FridayWe would enthusiastically recommend these guys to our family and friendsThanks for a great job Deb & Darryl
I do not recommend this body shop to anyone, let alone a Lexus owner They are NOT a Lexus Certified Collision Center or have ANY endorsement from Lexus as they claim on their website and tout in person Their work is average at best and their business practices are the most unscrupulous that I have ever had to endure
