We appreciate the Revdex.com's help with this matterTo clarify, if this business is interested in reaching an agreeable solution, and allowing us to return the truck for a full refund is not a viable option, we would propose that they reimburse us for the cost of the original replacement engine ($1611.00) and the cost of the labor to have the SECOND replacement engine installed at a reputable, licensed repair shop in our home town of Sacramento, CA.We cannot afford to have the truck towed to Modesto again, and we do not want to work with the shop who installed the initial replacement engine based on our experience there and the difficulties in communicating and with them
I am rejecting this response because: I would like $dollars backThat is a settlement amount for which should be more since the car dealer knowingly misadvised me about the vehicle I would not have bought the car if I knew they manually reset the engine lightSigned, [redacted]
To whom it may concern,Our company has done it's very best to cooperate with this customerWe have contacted the customer and have offered to pay yet another labor to have the engine taken out and exchanged because the engine is under warrantyInstead this customer declined the offer The customer then decided to picket outside of our dealershipShown in the attatchments is a public notice posted showing that all customers have the right to take the vehicle to a mechanic to have a pre-purchase inspection performedAlso attatched is the agreement, and Buyer's guide signed by the customer We have done all we can and out of courtesyWe do the very bestwe can to take care of all of our customers
