Subject: #Complaint # [redacted] If you need to listen to the call recordings of this situation I am able to email them Mr [redacted] specifically asked for a Chrysler Pacifica engine which we provided to him Only after installing the engine in the vehicle and potently damaging it did Mr [redacted] realize that the vehicle was in fact a Pacifica The Hollander Interchange software that we use and that is the industry standard in part compatibility software shows that the year he asked for (2007) will in not work in the actual vehicle (2006) he is working on I would not be able to return the engine that Mr [redacted] originally purchased from us do to high probability that it was damaged while installed in the incorrect application One of the recordings he stated that in attempting to get the vehicle to run it was backfiring and shaking the vehicle violently There is a multitude of sensors and electronic components in this engine plus valve timing issues that this install could have damaged Again feel free to contact me if you have any questions Thanks BROTHERS AUTO PARTS Jeremiah [redacted] (317) 352-Toll Free (800)-952-FAX (317) 351-2065www.brothersauto.com

We are aware of the complaint from Mr. [redacted].  He states in the complaint that he had requested an engine for and 2007 Chrysler Pacifica but after reviewing the call recordings he requested an engine for a 2006 Pacifica which will not work in a 2007 model year vehicle.  Unfortunately...
