complaint, she drove her vehicle for 40 days. Then she sent the vehicle to change the oil after they realized something was happening to the motor. Something could have happened to the vehicle in that oil change beyond my control. We as well, don't know how the vehicle was driven or treated. The customer drove the vehicle four days after noticing the oil gauge moving back and fourth indicating low oil pressure. Mr. [redacted] visited us at the lot accompanied by his father in law, Stating that the trucks oil gauge had been moving around for four days, This is an indication of mistreatment of the vehicle. Consequently leading to the motor falling. Its very unfortunate what happened but we have nothing to do with it.
