Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] This is a formal written rejection to Brothers Automotive reply.When I brought the bike to the shop it was not starting that is the reason for him to put a starter clutch in the bikeIf he put the starter clutch in correctly the bike should have startedHowever, that was not the case when he suppose to put the starter clutch in he knock the timing off which he bent the valve in the bikeHe called me two days later and said he had the bike running but when I went to pick the bike up it was starting slow, backfiring and popping and that is not a common thing if he done the work correctlyWhen I told him about the bike he told be to work on the carburetor and I told him I do not work on bikes that was the reason I brought it to himA dirty carburetor has nothing to do with bent valveThe piston has to come in contact with valve in order to bend it.When I took it to [redacted] the mechanic(***) show me where the valve came in contact with the pistonAfter he remove the head he has to remove the valve from the heads and show how bad it was bent.The bike only went two shops Brothers Automotive and [redacted] power sports who actually work on the bikeThe total bill for them to correct the problem was $ [redacted] Reese J [redacted] went and paid $***he did not know total of the bike priceI paid the remainder to get my bike outIf he felt he did nothing wrong why did he paid $***which he thought would cover the price of the bikeI spoke to him Saturday November 5,at 3:55pm and he told he will not pay me anything and my response was then we have nothing to discussHe told me he contact [redacted] Sport motor and they suppose to have told him that they could not pin point the problem but I have receipt and they could not discuss anything about my bike to someone else without my permissionHe does have a friend( [redacted] ) who works in the service dept for [redacted] Sport motor who I believe was informing him what was going on with my bikeI have spoke to the general manager(***) twice about [redacted] discussing my bike with his friend[redacted] stated he was going to get with [redacted] supervisor( [redacted] ) and discuss my complaint with him.In closing, Reese J [redacted] is responsible for a job he was paid to do but he did more damage to the bike and still did not fix the bikeThere is an accountability for your work to the customer.thank you,
