Took my 3 boys bikes over to get some simple repairs made. 1 bike needed a chain replaced another needed the rear derailleur adjusted and the third bike needed new bearings in the rear hub and a new break cable installed. They told me it would be a week to get them all fixed. I called back 1 week later and they told me they told me weren't done yet, that they were waiting on the new chain to be shipped in. So I waited another week and called back with same answer of another week to get them done, haven't gotten the new chain yet and the guy acted like I was bothering them by calling and then says "we'll call YOU when they're done. Finally after 1 month exactly they called and said the bikes were fixed and ready to be picked up. Upon getting home, my boys come inside and say the new chain keeps falling off the sprocket. So I go outside to help get it back on and the chain is clearly way too long to even get tight. And after closer inspection the chain isn't even "new" but rather spliced together with the old original chain and a few "new" links and was billed for a new chain. The bike that needed new bearings also had issues. The new bearings either aren't new or they don't know how to install new bearings bc there is alittle wobble back and forth. On that same bike they installed the new break cable, however it wasn't even adjusted to make the brakes work properly. Overall I was lied to, stole from and ripped off completely. Very unhappy and do not recommend them period.
