Clothing destroyed in fire.I am a long time customer of this business. Recently, I learned of a fire at this establishment and that everything was lost. I was given a business card and instructed to call the number re my lost clothing. The recorded message at the number says your call would be returned in 24 hours. It has been nearly 2 weeks since the first phone call, and I have also sent several emails. I am yet to receive any response. Brothers cleaner is the absolute worst dry cleaner in the triangle area. I had a dress completely ruined and the lack of communication and professionalism that this business operates on is absolutely mind blowing. I will NEVER go back to this dry cleaner again and would NEVER recommend it to any person. It is completely over priced, horrible service and absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have asked on three separate occasions for manager or owner to contact me and not once have I been contacted or apologized too for the lack of service or fact that my clothing has been permanetely ruined. Not only was my dress ruined they still have YET to refund my money.","neu-1
